Estate Administration Paralegal
Mary Andriani is the primary Estate Administration Paralegal at the Grimaldi Yeung Law Group, assisting with the preparation of the court documents needed to administer our clients’ estates in the New York metropolitan area. She prepares probate petitions and family tree affidavits, and makes sure they are timely filed in the appropriate Surrogate Court. Her specialty is keeping the client informed and updated as their family member’s estate winds through the often complex Surrogate Court process. Her patience and care is evident in everything she does.
Mary has a background in education and administration. Her past experience helps her assist our clients understand the legal process, making sure all of their questions and concerns are addressed. Her goal is guaranteeing high client satisfaction.
Mary has a BA in History from Saint Francis College and holds a Paralegal Certificate from Long Island University.
Mary lived abroad for 13 years, and as a result, Mary is enthusiastic about exploring different cultures through food, film, and language learning. She shares her enthusiasm for New York City’s many art, theater, and cultural attractions with her two beautiful daughters. She is fluent in Italian and conversational Portuguese.
